We had a clothes line, but the the landlord removed it. Plan B was to find an alternative and this fit the bill. It is super easy to set up and store. We set it up on cement in the sun and it is great for drying clothes, towels from the beach, etc. One note, it will blow over if the wind comes up so make sure it is in a sheltered area if windy. We learned the hard way. I would purchase this again and Amazon had the best price on the internet.

I bought this Clothes dryer so that I can reduce my energy consumption. We used to use our electric dryer twice a day. Now, we use this dryer as our primary dryer. Here are my thoughts on it.
Pros:
1. Very easy to assemble. It is like opening an umbrella, then join it with the base.
2. It is sturdy and does not rust. We have 2 of them and just leave them out in the elements and they are holding out very well.
3. Since I can spread out the clothes, there is no need to iron my clothes.
4. My clothes smell better since they are disinfected and deodorized by the sun.
5. I save about 15 to 20% on my electric bills. I love that!!
6. Base is very stable. Has never been blown over.
7. Dries one full load.
Cons:
1. I would have liked to have a larger unit.
Summary:
Money, Time and Environment saver. I love it.

Its pretty sturdy, I like it. It holds about a load of clothes. Just put socks and underware on the lower inner part, so the neghbors cant see them personal items.
